Query QIPs
Health Quality Ontario promotes the transparency and sharing of quality improvement data across the province by making QIPs publicly accessible. We encourage organizations to read the QIPs of other organizations in their region to learn about opportunities to collaborate and to read QIPs of peer organizations within their sector across the province.
The five types of queries below allow users to search and compare the Workplan, Progress Report and Narrative sections of all submitted QIPs by either keyword(s) or indicator(s). The resulting reports can be downloaded and exported in multiple formats for further analysis.
Indicator Query
Workplan (Simplified)
This report allows users to generate a report that focuses on quality issues found in the QIP Workplan. The report will include all model types within the specified sector(s) and all indicators associated with the specified quality issue(s).

Workplan (Detailed)
This report allows users to generate a report that focuses on indicator(s) found in the QIP Workplan. Current Performance and Target Performance can also be specified to generate more focused reports.
